It's been a few days.Good ones.
-Every preorder should be headed out in the next two days.
-Working on making something cool that's been in limbo an even cooler reality
-That's all I'm going to tell you guys.
Thanks for being fans as always, you are all wonderful and the only reason the brand is able to work...but you know that.
Here's a ridiculous Vine to stare at for 2-5 hours (depending on how much time you have and your values in regards to juvenile rhythm).
"Drop low,drop low,drop low!!!"

You guys might not've guessed it due to my current plus sized physique or as some call it "Fluffy"-ness (no relation to the fluffernutter post...even tho that stuff is AWEEEEEEE-SOMEEEEEEEE....!!!)...I used to work in fitness.
For about 5 years I did sales and marketing for 24 Hour Fitness and it was TOUGH. We all had different personalities and no one got along for anything between the staff and the strangers that walked in wanting free training and a 5 year memberships with 29 dollar renewals. But somehow, it all kind of worked.
Initially, I wasn't great with the job as I would always correct people and tell them what they "really needed to do" versus what they were actually doing (sound familiar?!?), and I got a lot of flack for it.
Ryan in between this chaos pulled me aside and introduced me to wrestling of all things.I never knew much about the stuff and would never know why he wanted me to read about old stories with Bret Hart and his posse, but I did.
Bret was more or less the eternal good guy and got lots of flack for going by the books.People turned on him,he had a brother die, and something always went out of favor to put him in a losing position. At some point, I realized I was the Bret Hart of sales counselors.
I had trouble making things work because I didn't know how to improvise or adapt.I didn't do what was necessary to improve or progress from always thinking about what should have went right before we even got to that point. I used what the books and Ryan taught me to become better both in the gym and out by realizing things happen and "finding a way" when obstacles came about.
You're not selling fitness?Learn fitness.Get fit. Then sell it.You're not a fan of the other guy you're losing to? Beat him.It changed a lot for me.
Hungry Human probably wouldn't be what it is or maybe even exist had he not instilled that sense of persistence.I use the word struggle sometimes, but it's more than a played out buzzword on urban dictionary ..it's having real hardship and finding a way to conquer that.
Hungry Human didn't start until a year after wanting to do it, a hands breaking, moving home,it literally started with failure.
When I watch wrestling, I think about what Ryan taught me and what those guys go through to get where they are and maintain. It's also cool to connect with you guys and know a little bit of what you're talking about thanks to sites like NoCoastBias (I read Ryan's articles there) and the stuff you guys teach me on Twitter (kyleisez,sick_case,and some others).
Anyways, I meant to tell you guys about some of the stuff I read in between days, but I kind of rambled more than I thought I would (as always), so check out this link if you're into wrestling and thank Ryan for helping us get this far and also taking the time to write cool wrestling stuff for us to read.

Let's face it. Compared to the fans.I'm boring. You guys are always doing awesome stuff and showing us what it's like to be inspiring and move beyond the mediocre.
I always love the little videos, notes, pictures, and whatever else you send, but I have a habit of not sharing them in passing.Correction , had.
With that out of the way.. it's way more fun to talk about you guys than shirts and design-ey stuffs like every other streetwear blog this world over.
So, here's Erik Bowman giving some real rap on Lunchables. He's wearing the Morpholio, which is awesome, but Power Rangers Beavis and Butthead style on a couch isn't as awesome without being able to laugh.
Erik always reps us and has been down since forever(he even has a little Hungry Human logo on his avatar shirt), so we had to rep him back.
If you like his comedy, you can follow his Facebook fan page Erik B Comedy , or check the Youtube page for additional vids.

Blogs are tough.
You're basically sharing your most intimate thoughts as a person and/or business for the world to scrutinize and also hoping not to shoot yourself in the foot anymore often than one can for "keeping it real".Nerve wracking stuff I tell you what.
There's been an abundance of posts about games, and "me" stuff between here and Instagram,so let's talk about something I've been responding to all day.You guessed it: shirts.
Shirts from the last release are in production and on their way. There was a slight descrepancy between the shops and the fans that ultimately got settled via fan vote (more details on that later). And now that everything is tip top, I'M PRETTY FRIGGIN' EXCITED!!!!
Despite a few days delay, these are the first shirts that haven't been rushed in a long while...
With some of the event invites being super last minute, we'd kind of rush whatever we could get out with 2 days notice and fly, drive,or run to whatever event.
You basically grab a Redbull Slurpee, whatever design you can print or get printed in the alotted time and then run out the door to your [semi] scheduled destination and don't look back till it ends.
It's kind of fun the first few times, but it can wear you the heck out compared to having an extra few days to do things how you see fit...(Scooby Snacks, sleep,Power Rangers Movie Soundtrack,etc.).
Believe it or not, my favorite part of doing anything at HH is the preorders.I love packing your guys stuff and also thinking about how someone will react to the contents and the life the shirt is going to lead thereafter.
It will be nice to see how people react when they are finally able to see the print on the Dente and HAP2 (Humans Are People Too) designs. They're crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyy in person. Trust me.
Earlier this month,I had a dilemma about the direction of HH for a bit that is more YouTube-able than blog friendly and with it resolved...this series of late summer drops and the "coming soon" stuff after should be the greatest thing since Fluff in a peanut butter sandwich (Fluffernutter is what the cool kids and hipsters call it).
This all seems a bit random, but once you get an idea of what we're rocking with...we should be on the same page.
You don't wanna miss out.Trust me.

This is on repeat forever. One of the hurdles in running HH is it's not really super corporate or "industry" as some coin the term.
It's less of a "here's my business card" brand , and more of a "lemme make some dope gear to make the homies feel good" vibe over here.
That mindset can lead to conflict, tension, and just ridiculous moments that are both funny, and somewhat distracting. So, I thought I'd throw up the official theme song for all that ratchetness.
Shoutouts to the Bay Area's Antwon for always holding it down too.Cool dude with an amzing amount of talent that is only building up (hope LA is treating you good as well).
